System safety devices

E-rays are equipped with some safety devices (such as key switches, emergency stop switches, etc.), and all personnel in the operating room must be familiar with their positions and usage methods.

Keyswitch: Keyswitch is used to turn on and off the power supply of the instrument. This instrument can only be opened using the key provided by our company that matches it, which can prevent illegal use of this instrument.

Emergency stop switch: This red mushroom shaped switch can urgently turn off the entire machine. When pressed, regardless of the system's state, the power will be immediately cut off. Rotate the emergency stop switch clockwise to reset the switch, otherwise the instrument will remain in the off state.

In emergency situations, the emergency stop switch can be used to implement emergency shutdown. When the emergency stop switch is pressed, the instrument is not controlled by the shutdown program and is immediately powered off and shut down. Attention: When implementing emergency shutdown, do not point the phototherapy head towards the human body, in case of accidental pulse transmission and injury! So, if the emergency switch is not normally used to shut down, after implementing the emergency shutdown, the key switch should be turned counterclockwise to the shutdown position, and the emergency switch should be rotated clockwise in the direction indicated by the arrow to pop up and reset. Only then can the instrument return to its normal operating state. Otherwise, the instrument will remain locked for a long time and cannot be turned on. Please note that the emergency stop switch can only be rotated and reset in the direction of the arrow. Do not forcefully pull it out by hand, otherwise it will cause damage to the switch and prevent the instrument from working properly.

Sudden pressing of the emergency stop switch may cause damage to the instrument. Therefore, only press this switch in an emergency state.

Device self check: After powering on, the circuit of this device automatically performs self check. When the equipment is running, the detection circuit can continuously monitor the operation of the system.
